Walking Out To Valley

Yesterday we decided to walk out to the island of Valley.

This meant borrowing thick socks and wellies from Olwen and Norman and heading out and waiting for the tide to turn. You can only go out to Valley at low tide and it took about half an hour to cross the stretch of land normally covered by water. It was an amazing day. All predicted rain, but all we got was strong winds and sunshine.
