I Hate

We were recommended a builder recently as we need some structural work done on our house.

We called and made an appointment for him to pop round. The day came and no builder showed up. We called and left a message but got no call back. How rude! I can’t think of anything we said or did that might have offended him. Now got to try and find someone else.
