A Rude Reception

I Hate

I ahve to get an HSG done and as there is a 4 month waiting list for this type of X-ray I was advised by my consultant to phone up at the beginning of my cycle to find out about cancellations.

So at 8.30 this morning I did just that to be rudely told that I can’t phone up to make appointments, even though that’s not what I was doing, I was phoning up to find out about cancellations to see if I could bring my appointment forward…even though I STILL haven’t been given an appointment date despite visiting the hospital nearly a month ago! The rudeness continued and I ended up just saying thnk you and goodbye.

It put me in such a foul mood for the rest of the morning.
