Maurizio Cattelan

Maurizio Cattelan is an Italian artist whose work I’ve just been introduced to. He’s probably best know for his sculptures which some consider to be controversial.

One in particular is of Pope John Paul II struck down by a large meteorite entitled The Ninth Hour.

I particularly love this one of a horse.
