Before I start work in the morning I often sit with a cup of coffee and look at some of my favourite sites and blogs to perk me up, especially if I know I’m going to be having a nightmare day - today is one such day - it’s looming over me like a heavy rain cloud about to burst and drench me and make me feel awful. So I thought I’d check out what was new at Swiss Miss and the first post on the page was this illustration by Alex Noriega.

I can empathise with the character so well this morning. But I realise that I’m already at home as I’m self employed and that there’s no getting away from the tasks that lay before me today! I’m just going to have to finish my coffee and grit my teeth and get on with it.
