I Love

This has been a long awaited birthday present and I’m so glad it’s finally here.

No more breaking my back creaming sugar and butter, no more achy arms from kneading dough for hours on end! It can all be done in my mixer now. Maybe it’s a one way route to old lady bat wings, so I better do some other exercises to keep those at bay.

It’s a lovely design that draws inspiration from the familiar Chef that I remember my mother owning. It feels a little less robust than the one from my childhood, but most things now a days aren’t built to last. I love baking and this is just goig to make me bake more.
