As it’s St Patrick’s Day today, I thought I would cook an irish stew for tea. Colin is irish after all, so I thoguht I’d better make something with Guiness as one of the key ingredients.

I found a recipe in the Asda magazine that was perfect and it was delicious. I’ll post the recipe here when I’ve got some free time.
