I Hate

What a waste indeed!

Back in early 2008, Waste Innovations launched The Portal - a eco chic boutique on St Mary’s Street in Edinburgh and began to stock work by local and national artists, crafts people, jewellers etc which focused on recycling. I was one of those lucky people and my ‘milomade‘ range of jewellery and accessories began getting snapped up and sales were good.

All was sweet until emails and telephone calls stopped being replied to, payments were never made and communication ceased.

Shame it took over 6 months and the intervention of a lawyer in order to get the money that was rightly mine.

They then said that things were going to be different from then on and I stupidly agreed to give them a second chance….low and behold months passed with no communication and no monthly payments. So I’ve asked for all my stock to be returned and I’m ditching them as a stockist.

I’m still waiting for my stock and no doubt will have to wait even longer to get my final payment…now where did I leave my lawyer’s number….
