Roast Chicken

We’ve started having a roast dinner every fornight and have decided that we are perfectly suited…I like the legs and wings, whereas Colin likes the breast. Nothing beats a roast dinner. It takes a while to make, but is ever so satisfying in every way.
All leftovers get made into curry the next day.
Then the bones get used to make stock for soup.
Nothing gets wasted.
