Not Known At This Address

I Hate
After living in this house for 9 months now I find it really annoying to STILL be recieving mail for the previous occupants. Some of the mail looks like important stuff - from the Inland Revenue or from banks etc.
The odd letter has been opened accidentally. As I live here, I have the right to presume that the letters coming through the door will be for me or my partner.
So when I open something to find that it’s a card from the previous occupants parents wishing her a Happy Birthday, I wonder whether she’s bothered to let anyone know she has moved - surely she’d inform her parents of her change of address? Especially so long after she’s moved!
So what do I do with these letters?
- I could deliver them to her as she now lives just down the road…but I’m a bit fed up of doing this as I don’t get paid by Royal Mail for my postal duties.
- I could put ‘Not Known At This Address’ and put the letter back into circulation - I have done this for anything that looks important
- I could just shove everything into the paper recycling bin and forget about them
What do I actually do with them?
I plonk them on the table in the hallway and allow them to gather dust!
