Classic Steak au Poivre

I went to our local butcher this week and came back home with a load of freshly made sausages and a lovely bit of silverside. I decided to cut some steaks from this and then save the rest for a pot roast at the weekend.
The steaks were so good! I followed one of Delia’s recipes for a Classic Steak au Poivre and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to have the exact same the following night! Which meant our pot roast for the weekend was getting smaller and smaller!
