Cavebears

I Love

These are the cutest things ever! I recently bought two from the Treaclezoo shop on Folksy. A red one for myself and a green one for my heavily prgnant, about to drop, big sis - the same colour as their new nursery, which was quite a nice coincidence.

This image is of a Kissy Bear which is a special edition of cavebear, but deep down it’s still a cavebear. Cavebears come in lots of different colours and to quote Treaclezoo:

“…enjoy watching tv in the holidays, like to visit friends with you, and love a game of catch or hide and seek in the garden… they don’t like being left in the car overnight by themselves, or under the pile of laundry in the bathroom. Their favourite day is Saturday, because it is sweetie day. Their bestest treat ever is a crocheted swirly sweetie (of course) or the occasional plushie cupcake. For chilling out, they like nothing better than rock-jumping…”

I think they’re lovely and very collectable - I’m very tempted to get more and know if I had kids that we’d have a whole family of them already. Treaclezoo also makes lots of other little creatures too and you can see the whole collection in this flickr photostream.
