What is it with the back coming? His hair sticks out like he’s been licking plug sockets. Sometimes it looks so bad, as in the photo on the left here that I wonder why he bothers.

He says that his infamous hairdo takes hours to create and often defies logic in managing to stay in place. ‘My hair is a very powerful construction aided by static, hairspray and willpower,’ he tells the Daily Mirror. ‘In man hours, it’s comparable to the pyramids.’

Last year [2008] he was voted as having the worst celebrity hair and rightly so, but sometimes, I have to admit that it can look quite good too. I personally prefer him in a wooly hat.
