Picky Pooer Prefers Paul’s Potty

I’ve been watching more TV than usual recenty as I’m not very well, so evenings on the sofa underneath a blanket have been frequent. This advert is just so weird. I don’t understand how the advertising company convinced Glade to go with it…it’s shockingly bad. Who is the advert aimed at exactly? And what is it trying to say?

Basically a little boy wants to do a poo but refuses to do it in his house and wants to go round to his friend Paul’s to do a poo, as Paul’s bathroom has a Glade air freshener installed.

When I was little I wanted to go round to my friends because they had the latest zx spectrum game - not to use their toilet air freshener! The world has gone mad!
